On Saturday, June 13, 2026, two Buglo teams lined up at the starting line of EMKA Run 2026.
It was a great opportunity to spend time together outside the office, strengthen team bonds, and enjoy an active day in a sporting atmosphere.
The Buglo participants were guided by the slogan,,Run like it’s a playground’’, which was printed on their shirts. It seems they truly took it to heart, as one of the teams not only had a fantastic time but also reached the top of the podium, taking 1st place.
The excitement of competition, a great atmosphere, and healthy rivalry made this event a memorable experience for everyone involved.
A team run requires mutual support, motivation, and commitment from every participant. These are values that are just as important on the racecourse as they are in everyday project work.
EMKA Run provides a space for meeting people, having conversations, and sharing sporting emotions. For many participants, it was an opportunity to challenge themselves while also working together as part of a team. Experiences like these show that relationships built outside the workplace can positively influence daily professional cooperation.
One of the highlights of the event was the success of one of the Buglo teams, which secured 1st place in the EMKA Run for Companies category. It is a great example of what can be achieved through teamwork!

Every participant contributed to creating the unique atmosphere of the day and demonstrated that sporting competition can go hand in hand with mutual support and good fun.
“As soon as I saw the newsletter about EMKA Run, I immediately signed up for the event’s waiting list,” says Andrzej Połchowski. “By a stroke of luck, I was able to join the ‘Buglo Organiq’ team and return to running. The race itself was short but very demanding from an endurance perspective.
Before the start, we carefully analyzed the course and discussed the best way to overcome each obstacle. In practice, not everything went according to plan – our legs got tangled, and at times we were running around like children on a playground. What mattered most, however, was that we supported one another throughout the race, both physically and mentally.
It was thanks to this teamwork that Buglo became the fastest company at EMKA Run 2026. Hopefully, there will be more initiatives like this. Be active!’’ – Andrzej sums up.
EMKA Run 2026 was not only a sporting challenge for us but also an opportunity to strengthen relationships, build team spirit, and share unforgettable emotions together.
