Growing our international Partner network is, above all, about building lasting relationships. That is why we see every onboarding as the beginning of a long-term partnership, founded on knowledge sharing and a shared commitment to creating outstanding play spaces.
This time, the Buglo team travelled to Rome to provide our new Italian Partners with the best possible introduction to the world of Buglo playgrounds. During the onboarding sessions, Barbara Jankowska, Monika Ramian-Jankowska, Katarzyna Wotawa, Alicja Mielcarek, Bartosz Krzemiński and Piotr Dorawa introduced our company’s history, global strategy and the standards that guide everything we do.
Knowledge, experience and support
The programme also included dedicated product training. Barbara, our Product Manager, presented the full Buglo product portfolio, while Katarzyna, our Marketing Manager, showcased the comprehensive marketing support we provide to our Partners.
Each participant completed the onboarding with a wealth of practical knowledge, while we were once again reminded that face-to-face meetings are invaluable when it comes to building strong partnerships.
Ci vediamo!
We regularly meet with our distributors throughout the year. Every year, we organise our International Sales Meeting and welcome our Partners to Buglo headquarters, where they can refresh their knowledge and gain first-hand insight into how our playgrounds are designed and manufactured.
So, rather than saying “goodbye”, we prefer to say “see you soon” – or, in this case, “ci vediamo!”. We are looking forward to meeting again in the near future.
