And it is precisely for initiatives like these that we have been honored with the ESG Initiative of the Year award at the PSIK Awards Gala 2026. Buglo has been named the winner of the ESG Initiative of the Year award at the PSIK Awards Gala 2026. Presented by the Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (PSIK), the award confirms that responsible growth and an innovative approach to business can go hand in hand.
The award recognizes the ESG initiatives we have been consistently developing for years. We were the first company in the playground industry in Central and Eastern Europe to measure our organization’s full carbon footprint (Scope 1, 2 and 3), all the way down to the level of individual products. We have also trained more than 500 children in ecology, safe play and first aid, launched our Recycling Line, received an EcoVadis medal, and voluntarily implemented reporting in line with CSRD requirements and ESRS standards.

Wioleta Siudowska played a particularly important role in our ESG efforts, coordinating Buglo’s first-ever EcoVadis assessment for our main location in Koszalin. Thanks to her work, we earned the badge on our very first try Committed. This is an important confirmation that our efforts in the areas of the environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and responsible sourcing are conducted in accordance with the highest standards and are consistently being developed.
Our efforts were also highlighted in the report “Responsible Business in Poland 2025: Best Practices” , prepared by the Responsible Business Forum.
