An day full of conversations
On April 16, we took part in the Central Pomeranian Job Fair, an event that every year creates space to connect with companies, people, and different career paths.
For us, it was above all an opportunity to show what Buglo looks like from the inside.
The concept of meetings
At our stand, you could meet Hanna, Marta, Gosia, Nataliia, Marcin, and Łukasz, who shared insights about working at Buglo at every stage and gave a glimpse into our daily work.
This year, in addition to conversations at the stand, our colleagues: Krzysztof Rembeliński, Bartosz Buczkowski, and Bartosz Długosz hosted a presentation that allowed participants to take a closer look behind the scenes of what we do. Instead of one-way communication, a real dialogue emerged.
Questions about projects, daily work, and development blended with the stories and experiences of our team members. They were the ones who played the most important role that day.
Thanks to the engagement and openness of our Buglo team, visitors to our stand and presentation could see not only what we do, but also how we work together as a team.
A fresh perspective
Events like this leave more than just information behind, they help people better imagine the work environment and the people who create it.
“We were able to present our company as a place where everyone can find their path and grow – from engineers to artists. Job fairs are also a great opportunity for us to meet interesting candidates and learn about their expectations and plans. This helps us better shape an offer that responds to both candidate and market needs,” summarizes Hanna Macyra.
Thank you to everyone who spent that day with us, and to the team who helped create this space for conversation.
