Learning Communication and Understanding<\/b><\/h3>\n
The first challenge in our collaboration was, of course, communication. To better understand Danish culture, we organised workshops for Buglo employees, led by Leif Christiansen \u2013 a Dane living in Poland who specialises in intercultural communication. We learned more about the Danish work style and the ways they communicate professionally and privately. This experience greatly facilitated building mutual understanding. <\/span><\/p>\n The past year also brought changes in our approach to the market. At the beginning of 2025, another company joined the Buglo group: Finnish Leikkiset. In response to this development, we created the Nordic Unit \u2013 a team dedicated to the Nordic and Baltic markets. <\/span><\/p>\n The team is led by Marcin Girzejowski, Business Unit Manager. Patrycja Romankiewicz, Team Leader, coordinates sales and, together with Agata Zelek-Pruszy\u0144ska, Senior Export Specialist, supports clients at every stage of collaboration. Robert Mural is responsible for 3D visualisations and concept designs, while Micha\u0142 Hajman and Marcin Chatys take care of the engineering and technical aspects. <\/span><\/p>\n \u201cNordic Unit operates like a well-oiled machine. Each of us has a clearly defined role, and together we complement each other\u2019s skills,\u201d says <\/span>Marcin Girzejowski.<\/b>. \u201cThis allows us to approach the Nordic and Baltic markets comprehensively: from discussing completed projects, through design and visualisation, to refining technical details.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n We invited our partners to the annual Buglo Gala \u2013 a tradition we uphold during the carnival season. During the event, we award the Buglo-Player statuettes to employees who particularly embody our values. The Danish and Finnish teams also presented their own awards. Afterwards, with music from both countries, we celebrated together and spent a long time sharing the tracks played that evening. <\/span><\/p>\n The next gathering took place in Copenhagen, where we organised the International Sales Meeting. This year\u2019s edition was themed <\/span>Let\u2019s Elverdal<\/span><\/i>. We wanted our partners to get to know the company and, like us, be captivated by its projects. Conversations during visits to Elverdal playgrounds confirmed that our goal had been achieved. <\/span><\/p>\n Another milestone was the opening of Elverdal\u2019s Polish branch. The Polish team will support our Danish colleagues in developing custom playgrounds. Already, we are receiving initial information about projects that will soon be realised. We know it will take some time to see the results \u2013 after all, these are bespoke projects \u2013 but we are eagerly awaiting their launch. <\/span><\/p>\n The past year has brought many changes and shared successes. Through our collaboration, Buglo\u2019s offering has been enriched with Scandinavian-designed equipment that complements our existing solutions perfectly.
