Can great fun be combined with learning first aid? At Buglo, we prove that it\u2019s possible! Starting in March 2024, we are opening our doors to the children of Buglo employees, along with their classmates or preschool groups. A Company Tour with a Twist<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>

Children visiting Buglo know from the start that this won\u2019t be an ordinary trip. We begin calmly with a short presentation\u2014but even then, we keep it exciting. We share stories, like how we create our playgrounds using nets fished out of the ocean. We believe in responsible fun, giving materials a second life by transforming them into playground equipment. The kids are often amazed\u2014how is it possible to turn fishing nets into slides?<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Sliding into Action!<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>

There\u2019s no better way to reach the production hall at Buglo than\u2026 sliding down a slide! Yes, at Buglo, stairs are optional\u2014employees and guests can use slides to move quickly and with a smile between floors. For kids, this is often the most exciting moment of their visit.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

What\u2019s Next? Live Playground Production!<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>

Young explorers get the chance to see firsthand how Buglo playground equipment is made. From design to the finished product\u2014they get to witness the entire process.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Small Steps to Big Skills \u2013 First Aid Workshops<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h3>

But that\u2019s not all\u2014the real superpowers are discovered at the end of the visit, under the watchful eyes of true heroes: paramedics from Mimed. During special workshops, children learn the basics of first aid. Each child gets a chance to practice chest compressions and place a person in the recovery position. These are lessons that last a lifetime\u2014not just in theory, but in practice, as the kids literally take matters into their own hands!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

So far, we\u2019ve trained around 200 young rescuers, and we proudly watch them learn the importance of taking action in an emergency. And most importantly\u2014they do it with a smile!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

We want every child who visits us to take home not only memories of sliding down the slide but also knowledge that could one day help someone in the real world.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

At Buglo, we believe that the best learning happens through movement. Our playgrounds are designed with development, safety, and fun in mind. Now, we\u2019re bringing the same philosophy to children’s visits to our company. We combine play with education, laughter with care, and knowledge with real-life experiences. May the Safe Child Academy continue to grow, shaping new generations who will play responsibly and safely!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Children who visit Buglo know from the very beginning that this will be no ordinary trip. Admittedly, we start quietly – with a short presentation. But even then we don’t talk boredom. We make sure to play responsibly, and the materials that come to us have a second life, turning into the equipment you might see on playgrounds. Children are usually shocked – how is it possible to make slides out of nets? <\/span><\/p>
