Z o. o.   <br><\/span>BoWiD 4  <br><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">75-209 Koszalin  <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(hereinafter: the &#8220;Company&#8221;) in connection with the use of services available on the <b>buglo.pl<\/b> website (hereinafter: the &#8220;Site&#8221;), as well as in connection with establishing or maintaining contact with the Company through other channels of communication, including e-mail, telephone calls or traditional postal correspondence.  <\/span><\/p><p><b>1. conditions for processing personal data  <\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In accordance with Article 13 and Article 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC     <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(hereinafter: &#8220;RODO&#8221; or &#8220;General Data Protection Regulation&#8221;) we inform you that:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/p><ol><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  BUGLO Play Sp. z o.o., located at 4 Bojownik\u00f3w o wolno\u015b\u0107 i demokracji Street, Koszalin (75-209), is the administrator of the personal data obtained when Users use the website. Users&#8217; personal data are processed in accordance with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016. (hereinafter &#8220;RODO&#8221;) and other applicable regulations.     <\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  Compliance with data protection rules is supervised by the Administrator&#8217;s designated Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted via email: iod@buglo.pl  <\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  Personal data will be processed for the following purposes and based on the following legal grounds:<\/span><\/li><\/ol><table><tbody><tr><td><b>Purpose of data processing <\/b><\/td><td><b>Legal basis of data processing<\/b><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Taking action  <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">aimed at concluding a contract<\/span><\/p><\/td><td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Art. Article 6(1)(a) 1(f) RODO (legitimate interest &#8211; publication of image based on consent).<\/span><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><ol start=\"4\"><li> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Recipients of personal data will be entities providing services to the Administrator, in particular IT support, hosting services, providers of mailing services, providers of tools used by the Site<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[MR2] <\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and other entities providing services on the basis of a contract of entrustment. Recipients of your data may also be entities authorized to receive data under the law.   <\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  In case you are a representative of Our client, supplier, the Administrator will process your contact data (e.g. name, surname, place of employment, e-mail address, telephone number, official position) in connection with the ongoing cooperation or for the purpose of its establishment. In case we did not obtain this data directly from you, we received it from Our client or supplier of which you are a representative.   <\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  Personal data will be stored:  <\/span><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  for the period of the executed contract\/order, ongoing cooperation or use of services,  <\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  For the period of correspondence or maintaining contact,  <\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  until you object to the processing of your data &#8211; in case the processing of personal data is based on the so-called legitimate interest (cases are described in point 3 above),   <\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  Until the withdrawal of consent &#8211; in case the processing of personal data is based on consent.  <\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After the aforementioned period, personal data will be kept for the time in which the relevant<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> law prescribes the storage of data or for the period of the statute of limitations for possible <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">claims, and then they will be deleted.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/p><ol start=\"7\"><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:  <\/span><\/li><\/ol><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  The right to withdraw consent, the right to access the content of data, the right to rectify data, the right to erase data, the right to restrict data processing, the right to data portability,  <\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  The right to object to the processing of data &#8211; where the processing of your personal data is carried out on the basis of the so-called legitimate interest and under the conditions set forth in the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation,   <\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) in case the processing of personal data is deemed to violate the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.  <\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All of the rights indicated above apply to the extent that they arise under the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation. The above rights can be exercised by <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sending the request to the Administrator&#8217;s registered address or, if contacted by email, to: iod@buglo.pl<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">[MR3] <\/span> <\/p><ol start=\"8\"><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  Provision of personal data is mandatory in the event that such an obligation arises from generally applicable laws. Provision of data for other purposes (described in Section 3) is voluntary, but may be necessary for their implementation, i.e. responding to an inquiry, ordering a service, concluding and performing a contract or using the Site.  <\/span><\/li><\/ol><p><b>2 Cookies Policy<\/b><\/p><ol><li>When you visit the Site (hereinafter also referred to as the &#8220;Service&#8221;), we may collect information from you such as cookie IDs, information collected through cookies or other similar technologies.  <\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  Cookies (so-called &#8220;cookies&#8221;) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on a user&#8217;s terminal device and are intended for use on the Website. He can also revoke the given consents at any time by clicking on the &#8220;I reject&#8221; button. If the user accepts the installation of all categories of cookies he should click the &#8220;I accept all&#8221; button. To manage the cookie settings for a particular cookie category, click on the &#8220;Customize&#8221; button, move the corresponding button on the cookie banner, and then click on the &#8220;Save and close&#8221; button. The &#8220;Cookie Settings&#8221; button is located in the lower left corner of the Site. The transfer of personal data in this case is based on the following.   <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">standard contractual clauses<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span> <\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can manage your privacy settings from your Facebook account. &#8211;   <\/span><b>Facebook pixel  <\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is an analytics tool available within Facebook that helps measure the effectiveness of ads based on analysis of Users&#8217; actions on the Store, provided by Facebook, Ireland Ltd. (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland), as well as enabling the targeting of personalized ads to you on the site <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Facebook. Please note that Facebook may combine it with other information it has acquired in connection with your use of Facebook and then use it for its own purposes (including marketing).   <\/span><\/p><ul><li><b>HubSpot  <\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">HubSpot offers features for content management, SEO, social media marketing, web analytics, landing pages, blogging, email marketing and more. These tools are designed to help companies like ours implement and manage marketing strategies to attract customers through content and interactions on our Site.   <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We use the tool to collect and process personal data of our customers and employees. The tool has a module for, among other things, sending marketing content to people whose personal data we have obtained through, among other things, a form on our website.
