Dekpol, while developing the playground for the newly opened Oto Park Koszalin shopping centre, focused on creating a unique design inspired by local elements and craftsmanship. The playground was designed to reflect the culture of Jamno, a village known for its rich traditions.
We designed a playground where the main focus was on modifications of our standard products, tailored to the local style. For example, there is the Julek ship – a rocker inspired by the boat sailing on Lake Jamno. Additionally, the carvings on the equipment are inspired by traditional Jamno patterns, which further enriches the playground with the unique atmosphere of the region.
The shopping center has become more attractive to families with children. Creating a space that combines play with local character has attracted families looking for a place to relax during shopping, while also enriching the commercial offer with an additional attraction.
The playground at the shopping center, which we created together with Buglo, turned out to be a real hit. From the very beginning, we wanted the design to reflect the local culture, and Buglo understood this perfectly. The final result is not only functional but also visually interesting – the children have a great time, and the parents appreciate the references to regional symbols.
The entire collaboration process went smoothly. Buglo was open to our ideas and flexible in its approach to the project. The playground quickly became a favorite spot for families, which shows that together we created something that really works.
