What will your responsibilities be?

  • Coordinate a team of service technicians and ensure efficient organization of their work
  • Monitor the implementation of repairs, installation and maintenance of equipment, ensuring the timeliness and quality of the activities carried out
  • Work with customers to coordinate maintenance and installation services
  • Ensure that all service and installation work is carried out in accordance with safety requirements and quality standards
  • Reporting on the realities of service and installation work and the results of team activities
  • Provide technical advice and support in planning inspections, repairs and installation
  • Prepare service documentation and maintain records of repairs and service activities in accordance with applicable standards
  • Preparation of assembly records in accordance with applicable standards

What are our requirements?

  • Experience managing a team in a company in the service/assembly industry
  • Knowledge of service and/or assembly technologies and processes
  • Ability to organize work and solve problems
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Good interpersonal and relationship skills
  • Ability to operate computer programs, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Minimum secondary education in technical or related fields
  • Availability and willingness to travel for business
