Last year’s survey after the Buglo Gala left no doubt – the event was a hit! Praise poured in from all sides, so this year, there was no question about it. We knew we had to meet again in grand style.
Mysterious signs appeared long before the official announcement. Notes with phrases like “I’ll style your hair for the ball” and “Look up” (where the date 24.01.2025 was displayed on the ceiling) intrigued everyone, and the corridors buzzed with speculation. The confirmation came during the Christmas gathering – President Bartosz Krzemiński officially announced: The ball is happening!
When the much-anticipated day arrived, the Buglo team gathered at G38, ready for an unforgettable evening. Setting the scene for the night were the fantastic hosts – Kasia Wotawa and Łukasz Zajfert.
This year’s gala was particularly special, as we not only celebrated the carnival season but also marked Buglo’s 15th anniversary. A touching film featuring stories from employees who have been with Buglo since the very beginning brought out plenty of emotions. There were laughs, anecdotes, and even a few sentimental moments.
The most eagerly awaited part of the evening was the Buglo Player Awards, honouring those who can always be relied on. Voted for by their colleagues, the winners received trophies in two categories: Production and Administration.
The stage shook when Jacek Mamel and Krzysztof Rembeliński made a dramatic entrance… from the ceiling! Suspended on ropes, they descended to take over the stage and the microphones.
But the surprises didn’t stop there. This year, we introduced an additional category – an award for the best election campaign in support of a favourite nominee. The title of “Master of Propaganda” and the Golden Megaphone went to Jacek Prądzyński.
Another highlight of this year’s gala was the presence of our partners from Denmark and Finland – Elverdal and Leikkiset, who recently joined the Buglo family. During the event, they also honoured their outstanding employees.
After the official part of the gala, the true carnival celebration began. Dancing, conversations, congratulations, and laughter filled G38.
The surveys are clear: this event will go down in Buglo history. The bar has been set high, but we love a challenge. We’re already looking forward to Buglo Gala 2026!
